Today’s post is quick and short and delicious! It is about sweet potato fries, baked version. Sweet potatoes are full of goodness and nutrients and taste amazing. They are also easy to prepare.

So delicious!
Mine have a smoky flavour as I use smoked paprika as the main seasoning. I like to peel my potatoes, but you may want to skip this step, which will make the preparation even faster. A little bit of whole wheat flour gives potatoes a lovely texture and the quantity of oil is minimal. Perfect side dish all around!
The ingredients (serves 4-6)

Very few ingredients, always a bonus!
- 1 lbs sweet potatoes, pealed (or not) and cut up french fry style
- 3 tbsp oil (avocado in my case)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
- Salt and black pepper to taste
The steps:

Make sure that the seasoning is distributed evenly
- Preheat the oven to 420F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a bowl, mix sweet potatoes and oil
- Add seasonings and flour and ensure that potatoes and fully coated
- Arrange on parchment paper in a single layer
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Flip potatoes and rotate the baking sheet
- Bake for 15 more minutes
- Serve on a side of anything. Or eat just like that ๐
